Niveles elevados de pth y la uremia \u00abper se\u00bb pueden alterar la respuesta osea a la pth en la insuficiencia renal (ir).  objetivos: evaluar los altos niveles de pth, y la uremia como factores que pueden alterar la accion calcemica de la pth en la ir.  material y metodos: ratas wistar machos de 130-150g fueron divididas en varios grupos: con frn o con ir, con paratiroides intacta o paratiroidectomizadas con reposicion de pth (ptx-i). Las ratas recibieron o una dieta normal en fosforo (dnf) o una dieta alta en fosforo (daf). A un grupo de ratas con ir, ptx-i y daf se les repone el calcitriol (ctr). Tras 14 dias, todas las ratas reciben una estimulacion con pth, durante 48h. Para estudiar la respuesta calcemica a la pth (rc). Se midieron niveles de ca, p, cr, pth y ctr antes y despues de la estimulacion con pth.  resultados: la reposicion de pth produjo niveles normales de ca, p y ctr en ratas con frn alimentadas con dnf.
