Las muestras de leche se obtuvieron del tanque de almacenamiento y refrigeracion de explotaciones ganaderas de vacuno frison durante diferentes meses de los a\u00f1os 1.992, 1.993 y 1.994. La analitica se realizo mediante equipos automaticos de alto rendimiento, basados en el principio fluor-opto-electronico (equipos fossomatic y bactoscan. Foss electric. Dinamarca). Los resultados obtenidos se procesaron informaticamente estableciendose comparaciones entre las distintas zonas asi como con otras regiones espa\u00f1olas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
