Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las anexinas son una familia de proteinas que podrian participar en fenomenos celulares tales como la exocitosis, la endocitosis, o todo proceso celular que implique movimiento y fusion de membranas como la fagocitosis, asi como en el efecto antiinflamatorio de los glucocorticoides o el efecto anticoagulante del endotelio, y como sustratos de quinasas de la serina\/treonina o tirosina.Este trabajo pone de manifiesto la interaccion existente entre la anexina i humana y la profilina, peque\u00f1a proteina reguladora de los filamentos de actina, mediante metodos tan diversos como elisa; overlay, slot-blot o biacore (resonancia plasmica de superficie).
