Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha desarrollado una sintesis de distintos inhibidores de glicosidasas, basicamente pirrolidinas polihidroxiladas, a partir de trans-l-4-hidroxiprolinas.  la hidroxilacion de enolatos de 4-oxo-n-pf-prolinato de metilo y la adicion de nucleofilos de li y mg a 3,4-isopropilidendioxi-n-pf-prolinato de metilo han sido las reacciones clave en la sintesis. Se ha demostrado que la sintesis es enantioespecifica.
