La base de la metodolog\u00eda es la descripcion del flujo de datos mediante operadores matematicos de sencilla proyeccion hardware.  la simplicidad del modelo y de su proyeccion hardware permite su integracion con herramientas de descripcion de alto nivel.  finalmente se presenta su aplicacion a la compresion de imagenes (algoritmo tcq), obteniendose mejores resultados que mediante otro tipo de
