Angeles <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la hidrodinamica y determinado los parametros de dise\u00f1o caracteristicos de una columna de burbujeo, dispositivo ampliamente utilizado en la industria como absorbedor gas-liquido, fermentador y reactor biologico aerobio y anaerobio. Con tal fin se ha estudiado la absorcion de dioxido de carbono y oxigeno en disoluciones de naturaleza muy diversa, que contienen cantidades significativas de tensoactivos y\/o azucares.  el area interfacial se ha determinado por tres metodos quimicos (metodo de danckwerts, ditionito sodico y sulfito sodico) y por un metodo fisico (metodo fotografico), y se ha analizado la influencia de la viscosidad y tension superficial sobre la misma.
