A traves de cinco hipotesis se pretende conocer el efecto de los componentes considerados en los resultados empresariales y el papel de la configuracion estructural de los mismos.  partiendo de un modelo conceptual entorno-estrategia-estructura, el estudio se centra fundamentalmente en la configuracion estructural y el factor humano (comportamiento y recursos). En el modelo aplicado para el estudio empirico, se han contemplado variables relativas al entorno especifico, la estrategia (ventajas competitivas), el comportamiento (sistema de influencia: cultura, poder y liderazgo), recursos humanos (analisis de competencias), configuracion estructural (especializacion vs. Coordinacion) y resultados. El trabajo empirico se ha realizado a traves de una encuesta (103 variables) a una muestra de 209 empresas representativas de galicia; trabajo que permitido a traves de un analisis descriptivo, caracterizar las empresas gallegas a traves de sus perfiles; analisis de similaridades, conocer el comportamiento de la misma; analisis de correlaciones, conocer las interrelaciones mutuas entre las variables de la configuracion estructural; analisis de trayectorias, conocer los respectivos efectos en los resultados y contrastar las hipotesis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
