El analisis de nuestros resultados indica que se consigue una alta tasa de activacion (86%) cuando la eliminacion de las celulas del cumulo se efectua aplicando hialuronidasa a las 48 h, y los ovulos han envejecido suficientemente. La activacion de los ovocitos bovinos por estimulacion electrica, es mas eficaz. Despues de 16 h. De maduracion, seguidas de 12 h. De incubacion con cicloheximida (10 ug\/ml), la tasa de activacion de los ovocitos llega al 86%. Los ovocitos madurados \u00abin vitro\u00bb en m ii y en interfase, pueden ser utilizados como ovocitos receptores para la transferencia de nucleos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
