Gabriela <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se presenta una sintesis de (+-)-podorhizon a partir de acido l-malico y se realizan estudios sobre la sintesis de la micotoxina botriodiplodina a partir de (s)-beta-hidroxi-gamma butirolactona y en otra ruta alternativa, a partir de d-glucosa.Se llevan a cabo la sintesis de los alcaloides pirrolizidinicos(-)-pseudoheliotridano y (-)-trachelantamidina. El paso clave de la sintesis lo constituye la ciclacion radicalaria catalizada por cu(i) de la (s)-n-tricloroacetil-2-vinilpirrolidina, obtenida a partir de l-prolina mediante una ciclacion 5-exotrig en un 93% de rendimiento. El producto de ciclacion se transforma en los alcaloides antes mencionados. Esta metodolog\u00eda de ciclacion se extiende a la obtencion del esqueleto indolizidinico y quinolizidinico.  se investigo ademas, la influencia del empleo de oxazolinas quirales en la adicion 1,6-conjugada de nucleofilos a o-vinilfeniloxazolinas y para ello se sintetizaron las oxazolinas quirales derivadas de (s)-valinol y (1s,2s)-(+)-2-amino-1- fenil-3-metoxi-1-propanol. Se comprobo que el atrapado con un electrofilo, del anion formado despues del ataque del nucleofilo se realizo de manera estereoselectiva y que dependiendo de la oxazolina quiral utilizada el electrofilo entra por distinta cara de la molecula. Se estudio la influencia del disolvente en la estereoselectividad de la reaccion encontrandose que unicamente para el caso de la oxazolina derivada del s-valinol la selectividad aumenta cuando se emplea thf en lugar de eter etilico.
