{"id":13361,"date":"2018-03-09T08:59:36","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:59:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/propiedades-opticas-lineales-y-no-lineales-del-ion-nd3-en-vidrios-basados-en-oxido-de-germanio-y-calcohalogenuros\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:59:36","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:59:36","slug":"propiedades-opticas-lineales-y-no-lineales-del-ion-nd3-en-vidrios-basados-en-oxido-de-germanio-y-calcohalogenuros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/propiedades-opticas-lineales-y-no-lineales-del-ion-nd3-en-vidrios-basados-en-oxido-de-germanio-y-calcohalogenuros\/","title":{"rendered":"Propiedades \u00f3pticas lineales y no lineales del ion nd3+ en vidrios basados en oxido de germanio y calcohalogenuros"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mikel Sanz Monasterio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Este trabajo se ha enmarcado dentro de la investigaci\u00f3n de nuevos vidrios basados en \u00f3xido de germanio y calcohalogenuros, que presentan una elevada transmisi\u00f3n en el ir y adecuadas aptitudes para el dopado, junto con unas buenas prestaciones t\u00e9rmicas, mec\u00e1nicas y qu\u00edmicas para su aplicaci\u00f3n en dispositivos fot\u00f3nicos.  en particular se han estudiado mediante t\u00e9cnicas de espectroscop\u00eda l\u00e1ser, continua y resuelta en tiempo, las propiedades \u00f3pticas del ion nd3+ en varias composiciones de vidrios basados en geo2, bi2o3, pbo y nb2o5 y en los vidrios calcohalogenuros ges2, ga2s3, csx (x=cl, br, l)  en estas matrices v\u00edtreas se ha caracterizado la transici\u00f3n l\u00e1ser 4f3\/2 &#8211; 4i11\/2, estudiando los tiempos de vida del ion dopante en el nivel exctiado y su dependencia con la temperatura y con las longitudes de onda de excitaci\u00f3n y de emisi\u00f3n.  se han estudiado los procesos de conversi\u00f3n de energ\u00eda infrarroja en visible, obteniendo bandas de emisi\u00f3n verde, naranja y roja en ambos vidrios y adem\u00e1s una banda azul en los vidrios calcohalogenuros. As\u00ed mismo se han explicado los mecanismos que las producen.  en los vidrios germanatos se estudi\u00f3 la transferencia de energ\u00eda entre los iones dopantes estudiando la transici\u00f3n 4f3\/2 &#8211; 4i9\/2 por medio de la t\u00e9cnica de fluorescencia de estrechamiento de l\u00ednea resuelta en tiempo con excitaci\u00f3n resonante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
