Se han desarrollado nuevos metodos analiticos para la determinacion de citrinina en medios de cultivo, para la deteccion de aflatoxinas por hplc utilizando ciclodextrinas, para la deteccion de citrinina por hplc con potenciacion de la fluorescencia por adicion de acido, para la deteccion simultanea de citrinina y ocratoxina a por hplc con deteccion de trl utilizando lantanidos y se ha aplicado a medios y a quesos. Este trabajo facilitara el control de la presencia de estos toxicos en alimentos, lo que permitira garantizar una buena calidad de estos productos al consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
