Hemos comprobado que este ligando de receptores nucleares es capaz de inducir diferenciaci\u00f3n en las c\u00e9lulas a126-1b2, un clon de c\u00e9lulas pc12 caracterizado por su dificiencia en actividad pka y por expresar elevados niveles de receptores de ra.  el ra induce en estas c\u00e9lulas la expresi\u00f3n y la actividad de los promotores de los genes de respuesta tempranas c-fos, c-jun y jun-b, normalmente inducidos en las c\u00e9lulas parentales en respuesta a neurotrofinas como el ngf que act\u00faan a trav\u00e9s de receptores de membrana. Adem\u00e1s el ra es capaz de inducir una r\u00e1pida fosforilaci\u00f3n de las quinasas erk1-2 y del factor de transcripci\u00f3n creb, un hecho compatible con un mecanismo de acci\u00f3n de tipo extragen\u00f3mico que parece ser dependiente del receptor rar. Nuestros datos aportan la primera evidencia de participaci\u00f3n de los receptores de ra en la regulaci\u00f3n de las quinasas erk1-2 y de creb.  la deficiencia en pka y la elevada expresi\u00f3n de receptores de ra que expresan estas c\u00e9lulas, parecen ser factores significativos en la respuesta de diferenciaci\u00f3n que induce en ellas el ra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
