{"id":13374,"date":"2018-03-09T08:59:37","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-de-la-variabilidad-de-intervalos-de-tiempo-de-ecg\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:59:37","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:59:37","slug":"analisis-de-la-variabilidad-de-intervalos-de-tiempo-de-ecg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-tecnologicas\/analisis-de-la-variabilidad-de-intervalos-de-tiempo-de-ecg\/","title":{"rendered":"An\u00e1lisis de la variabilidad de intervalos de tiempo de ecg"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carlos Alvarado Serrano <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La prolongaci\u00f3n y dispersi\u00f3n del intervalo qt est\u00e1n asociadas con un aumento del riesgo de arritmias ventriculares malignas en varias condiciones cl\u00ednicas, entre ellas en pacientes con infarto de miocardio antiguo omi. sin embargo, existen discrepancias en diferentes estudios sobre su importancia pron\u00f3stica, debido principalmente a las metodolog\u00edas de medici\u00f3n del intervalo qt y de su dispresi\u00f3n atd en el ecg de 12 derivaciones. En esta tesis se ha propuesto nuevos \u00edndices de repolarizaci\u00f3n ventricular basados en las relaciones: jtp\/jt, tpe\/jtp y tpe\/jt, que se han comparado con la duracion y dispersi\u00f3n de los intervalos qtc, qtpc, jtc, jtppc y tpe en 15 sujetos normales y 15 pacientes con omi. Los algoritmos de detecci\u00f3n del complejo ars y la onda t est\u00e1n basado en la transformada wavelet. Los intervalos atc, atpc, jtc y jtpc han resultado mayores en el grupo pacientes. Estas diferencias son significativas para los intervalos atpc (p= 1,2 x 10), jtc (p = 0,02) y jtpc (p = 4,2 x 10-7). El intervalo tpe es significativamente menor en el grupo de pacientes (p = 3,2 x 10-4). Todas las dispersiones son mayores en el grupo de pacientes. Estas diferencias son significativas solamente para la dispersi\u00f3n del intervalo jtp (p = 0,03). La relaci\u00f3n jtp\/jt es significativametne mayor en el grupo de pacientes (p= 2,3 x 10-8), y las relaciones tpe\/jtp y tpe\/jt son significativamente mayores en el grupo de sujetos normales (p = 1 x 10-8 y p=9,6 x 10-8, respectivamente). en conclusi\u00f3n, las relaciones entre diferentes intervalos propuestos para evaluar la repolarizaci\u00f3n ventricular: jtp\/jt, tpe\/jtp y tpe\/jt, mejoran la separaci\u00f3n entre pacientes con omi y sujetos normales, comparados con los \u00edndices de duraci\u00f3n y dispersi\u00f3n de los intervalos de actividad ventricular utilizados actualmente.
