Se analiza en sangre humana la estimulacion de pmns con pma y el comportamiento del anion superoxido frente a distintas concentraciones de acido ascorbico, 5-aminosalicilico y n-acetilcisteina, asi como la capacidad de respuesta al estimulo en distintos grados de gravedad de pacientes quirurgicos. En el modelo animal se establece en ratones balb\/c shock endotoxico con lps comprobando las funcionesfagociticas de macrofagos peritoneales, el da\u00f1o tisular y las alteraciones
