Rosa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se realiza un estudio metodologico para la preparacion de celulas en cultivo, con el fin de poder analizar en ellas su composicion quimica mediante microanalisis por energia dispersiva de rayos x con microscopia electronica de barrido, tanto desde el punto de vista cualitativo como cuantitativo. Para ello se realizan inicialmente los experimentos correspondientes para la adaptacion de las celulas a sustratos adecuados, que ademas de permitir su crecimiento y proliferacion no deben interferir en su posterior microanalisis. En segundo lugar se preparan distintos sistemas de eliminacion del medio extracelular.  en tercer lugar se realiza un estudio de los efectos de la utilizacion de diferentes volyajes, en la generacion de rayos x y su repercusion en el estudio microanalitico.  asimismo se realizan diferentes ensayos farmacologicos para validar los metodos.
