Estos algoritmos modelan el equilibrio entre la exploracion y la explotacion adecuadamente para producir una busqueda extensa y un ajuste local eficaz.  en el capitulo 1 se realiza una amplia introduccion a los algoritmos geneticos (ags). En el capitulo 2 se analizan los agcrs como alternativa a los ags basados en codificacion binaria. En el capitulo 3 se presentan operadores de cruce para agcrs basados en el uso de conectivos difusos. En el capitulo 4 se dise\u00f1an operadores de cruce dinamicos basados en la utilizacion de conectivos difusos parametrizados. En el capitulo 5 se aborda la adaptacion de los parametros de control mediante un sistema de control basado en logica difusa.  finalmente, en el capitulo 6 se presentan los ags distribuidos
