Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el presente trabajo hemos investigado los efectos de dos detergentes triton x-100 y deoxicolato sodico sobre la actividad de aminopeptidasas de la fraccion soluble y unida a membrana de ocho diferentes tejidos de rata. La actividad enzimatica se midio utilizando cinco sustratos artificiales derivados de la beta-naftilamina. Los resultados demuestran que para la mayoria de los sustratos la actividad de aminopeptidasas resulta inhibida en presencia de ambos detergentes, y que dicha inhibicion es total o parcialmente reversible cuando extraemos los detergentes del medio mediante microesferas absorbentes.  dado que el triton x-100 y el deoxicolato sodico muestran propiedades fisicas similares a los componentes lipidicos de las membranas celulares, nuestros resultados sugieren, como sucede con otros enzimas, que estas actividades enzimaticas podrian estar moduladas por el microambiente celular que rodea dichas proteinas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Efectos de dos detergentes sobre la actividad de aminopeptidasas de diferentes tejidos de rata.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Efectos de dos detergentes sobre la actividad de aminopeptidasas de diferentes tejidos de rata. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Mu\u00f1oz Pelaez M.
