Cristina <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El pbl 1 es un plasmido criptico de 4,4 kb de brevibacterium lactofermentum ampliamente utilizado para la construccion de vectores de clonacion en corinebacterias. Los resultados obtenidos permiten asignar al pbl1 el modelo de replicacion del \u00abcirculo rodante\u00bb, dado que se ha aislado un derivado del pbl1 que acumula moleculas circulares de cadena sencilla, intermediarios replicativos tipicos del modelo del \u00abcirculo rodante\u00bb. Se ha identificado la proteina implicada en el inicio de la replicacion del pbl1, peptido codificado por la orf de mayor tama\u00f1o del mismo, u orf1. Esta proteina posee dentro de su secuencia los tres motivos tipicos de los iniciadores de la replicacion siguiendo el modelo del \u00abcirculo rodante\u00bb. Igualmente se han determinado las dos secuencias implicadas en el inicio de las dos fases de la replicacion del pbl1, secuencias dso y sso. La segunda fase de la replicacion se inicia mediante la sintesis de un peque\u00f1o primer de rna sintetizado por unarna polimerasa celular. Por otra parte han sido identificados varios transcritos y peptidos codificados por el pbl1. Se ha desarrollado un sistema de introduccion de dna en b.
