Se presentan, ademas, investigaciones realizadas sobre aspectos relacionados con la modelizacion de picos y la optimizacion de la resolucion en el analisis cromatografico. Las investigaciones realizadas se agrupan de la siguiente manera: (i)estudios de tipo fundamental, (ii) aplicaci\u00f3n al analisis de agentes antibacterianos en diversos tipos de muestras, y (iii) comparacion de las capacidades analiticas de los sistemas cromatograficos micelares y acuo-organicos clasicos.  los estudios de tipo fundamental comprenden aspectos relacionados con los criterios de resolucion en la optimizacion de las condiciones de separacion, y la modelizacion deconvolucion de picos cromatograficos ampliamente solapados. se desarrollan aplicaciones de la clm al analisis de agentes antibacterianos en alimentos para humanos (sulfonamidas en leche y miel) y para animales (tetraciclinas en piensos). Seguidamente, la capacidad de analisis de la clm y de la cromatografia en fase inversa clasica se comparan en la determinacion de sulfonamidas en preparados farmaceuticos administrados a humanos y animales. finalmente,se realiza un amplio estudio de la capacidad de \u00abscreening\u00bb de la clm, y se establecen algunos principios sobre la selecci\u00f3n de la fase movil en relacion a la
