Para ello se utilizan 120 vacas fisonas de media-alta produccion lechera, con un historial reproductivo correcto. Se dividieron en dos grandes grupos: grupo a (vacas pre\u00f1adas en 1, 2 y 3 ia) y grupo b (1, 2 y 3 ia). Se determinaron las concentraciones plasmaticas de parametros bioquimicos no enzimaticos (glucosa, colesterol, proteinas totales, urea, acido urico, creatinina, calcio, fosforo y sodio), enzimaticos (ggt, asat, alat, amilasa, pal y gldh) y hormonales (progesterona y 17-b estradiol). Los resultados obtenidos ponen de manifiesto que los componentes del perfil bioquimico y hormonal: glucosa, ac. Urico, creatinina, ggt, asat, alat, amilasa, gldh y 17-b estradiol, no presentan ninguna diferencia estadisticamente significativa entre vacas que tras su ia resultan pre\u00f1adas o vacias, independientemente del numero de orden de esa inseminacion. Que las vacas repetidoras, presentan los niveles mas elevados de calcio, urea, fosforo y pal, de todos los grupos experimentales. Se detecta una tendencia a la significacion estadistica cuando comparamos la calcemia y natremia de estas hembras, con respecto a la mostrada por vacas que, tras ser inseminadas, quedan gestantes, y una diferencia muy significativa, cuando analizamos el valor de fosforo y pal. De nuestros datos se deduce una progesteronemia significativamente mas elevada de las vacas repetidoras, con respecto a la obtenida en vacas que independientemente del numero de orden de inseminacion, resultan pre\u00f1adas. Por tanto, y en vista de los resultados obtenidos, el perfil mas interesante nos parece el compuesto por las determinaciones de: urea, calcio, fosforo, sodio, asat, pal, gldh y
