Partiendo de estos precursores se han preparado distintos tipos de ciclitoles naturales y analogos: derivados de carba-azucares como la validamina y el ciclofelitol junto a diastereoisomeros no naturales de estos compuestos, analogos de la pancratistatina y la 7-desoxipancratistatina, dentro de un estudio mas amplio dirigido a la sintesis total de estos alcaloides, y por ultimo derivados de inositoles como el pinitol. Por otra parte, la ruptura del anillo en intermedios avanzados da lugar a compuestos de cadena abierta con estructura de polipropionato.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
