El primer objetivo consistio en separar las caseinas totales de la leche de vaca utilizando tecnicas de fplc. Las caseinas se separaron en 4 fracciones:  ganma, kapa, beta y alfa-s-caseinas. Mediante tecnicas electroforeticas en geles de sds-page se comprobo que el proceso de fplc habia permitido la separacion a homogeneidad de las caseinas totales de vaca. Dado que los anticuerpos policlonales especificos frente a las caseinas de vaca reconocian mayoritariamente a la caseina beta, esta se utilizo en la inmunizacion de conejos para obtener anticuerpos policlonales y en la inmunizacion de ratones balb\/c para obtener anticuerpos monoclonales. En este proceso se obtuvo un anticuerpo monoclonal ah4, que utilizado en las tecnicas de elisa competitivo, indirecto y sandwich ha permitido la deteccion de leche de vaca incorporada a leches y
