Esther <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta memoria tiene por objeto la sintesis y evaluacion farmacologica de nuevos compuestos heterociclicos, los cuales contienen en su estructura un anillo 1,2,4-tiadiazinico condensado en unos casos con uno tiofenico y, en otros, con uno pirazolico.Los antecedentes bibliograficos recopilados apuntaban que algunos de dichos productos podian tener aplicacion en enfermedades tan dispares como el asma, la ansiedad y el sida.Al comienzo de esta memoria se hace una exposicion panoramica de la terapeutica de las citadas enfermedades, justificando, a continuacion, la eleccion del tema.Se pasa despues a describir los resultados logrados desde el punto de vista quimico y, asimismo, se detallan los obtenidos desde el punto de vista farmacologico. En este ultimo apartado se hace un profundo estudio de las relaciones estructura-actividad deducidas de la evaluacion anti-vih de los compuestos sintetizados.  finalmente, se recogen los procedimientos experimentales utilizados y se exponen brevemente las principales aportaciones de este estudio.
