Es aislado el adn de muestras de tejido normal y tumor de cada paciente.  se realiza un analisis de la inestabilidad y de las perdidas de heterocigosidad de seis microsatelites localizados en los cromosomas 2, 5, 17 y 18, y relacionados con genes supresores.  las variables analizadas son: sexo, edad, tipo histo-patologico, estadio clinico-patologico y localizacion del tumor.  el adn es aislado mediante metodo de fenolizacion, es amplificado mediante los \u00abprimers\u00bb especificos de cada microsatelite y el producto sometido a electroforesis en geles de acrilamida, y rebelado mediante tincion argentica. El analisis de las imagenes se realiza mediante un densitometro de imagenes.  conclusiones: el 72,5% de los pacientes muestran alguna de las alteraciones estudiadas. La inestabilidad se relaciona de forma significativa con la mayor edad de los pacientes.
