Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo basico de este trabajo es profundizar en el papel que juegan las diferentes metaloproteasas de matriz, destacando la recientemente descrita st-3, ya que el esclarecimiento de los mecanismos moleculares implicados en la metastasis permitira en un futuro el dise\u00f1o de agentes capaces de bloquear la diseminacion tumoral.  se ha utilizado el sistema de baculovirus para la expresion recombinante de las metaloproteasas matrilisina st-1 y st-3 humanas siendo purificadas de los extractos celulares correspondientes con buen rendimiento. Asi mismo, se han purificado las gelatinasas a y b del medio condicionado de una linea celular de fibrosarcoma humano ht 1080.
