Belen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se han instalado y puesto a punto las tecnicas de espectroscopia laser que se exponen a continuacion; asimismo se han desarrollado diversas aplicaciones de tipo dinamico y analitico-medioambiental para cada una de ellas. 1.- Espectroscopia de ablacion por laser. Se ha aplicado esta tecnica al analisis cuantitativo de trazas de ti, mg, mn, fe y pb en metales, y de sr y ca en huesos. Se ha realizado ademas un estudio de la reactividad y dinamica molecular de la especie alo (monoxido de aluminio) formada en el plasma.  2.- Desorcion por laser y fluorescencia inducida por laser. Se ha realizado un estudio de desorcion de antraceno por fluorescencia con resolucion temporal, determinandose los umbrales de desorcion sobre diferentes superficies. Se han analizado muestras solidas con contenidos variables en antraceno (hasta 100 ppm).  3.-Ionizacion multifotonica resonante (rempi) y espectrometria de masas por tiempo de vuelo (tof-ms). Se ha determinado el espectro rempi de un pesticida, la carbendazima, con resolucion vibracional. Se ha demostrado la utilidad de la tecnica para la deteccion de este compuesto en extractos naturales de cultivos, cuyo contenido era de 1 ppm, estimandose el limite de deteccion en 135 ppb.
