investigacion se inicia con un analisis de la evolucion en los ultimos a\u00f1os del canal de distribucion de productos de gran consumo en una serie de paises de nuestro entorno (especialmente usa y algunos de la u.E.), polarizandose seguidamente en el caso de espa\u00f1a.Con lo antes expuesto se traza el escenario de la investigacion y se justifica el interes del trabajo.Tras una revision de la doctrina cientifica sobre las relaciones de poder, conflicto y colaboracion entre los distintos eslabones del canal, el autor, apoyandose en la propia experiencia profesional como ejecutivo con responsabilidad especifica en trade marketing en dos empresas multinacionales sucesivamente, enuncia y describe unas nuevas relaciones de poder y colaboracion industria-distribucion que ya son una realidad que comienza solo para empresas de vanguardia (esencialmente multinacionales del lado de la industria y transnacionales del lado de la distribucion) pero que en poco tiempo comenzaran a ser
