Resulta de gran interes, estudiar la desactivacion que sufre el adsorbente en el proceso de separacion, con el fin de profundizar en los fenomenos que provocan la perdida de las propiedades adsorbentes iniciales. Asi, se abordaron las siguientes cuestiones: 1) seleccion de un proceso experimental de desactivacion ciclica que simule la desactivacion de un proceso molex industrial.  2) analizar las causas mas probables de la desactivacion sufrida por el tamiz.  3) estudiar la influencia de las principales variables del proceso sobre la desactivacion, como son: numero de ciclos de adsorcion\/desorcion, temperatura, presion y concentracion de adsorbato en la alimentacion; y la naturaleza del alimento.  4) reproduccion de la desactivacion ciclica del tamiz molecular 5a, para lo cual se determinaron parametros de equilibrio y cineticos en cada ciclo de adsorcion, y se reprodujeron las curvas de rotura experimentales correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
