Se ha realizado una caracterizaci\u00f3n microestructural exhaustiva de las muestras, por t\u00e9cnicas de microscop\u00edas y espectroscop\u00edas (tem, ed, xrd, xps, xas, eels, eftem, m\u00ed\u00b6sbauer), que han permitido comprender su comportamiento magn\u00e9tico singular.  se han preparado nanopart\u00edculas de co y de fe pasivadas por el m\u00e9todo de evaporaci\u00f3n en atm\u00f3sfera de gas inerte. Las nanopart\u00edculas est\u00e1n formadas pon un n\u00facleo met\u00e1lico, bien formado, rodeado por una capa de \u00f3xido (coo y gamma-fe2o3) desordenada. Dicha capa hace que aparezca una interacci\u00f3n de canje entre los momentos magn\u00e9ticos del n\u00facleo y los de la capa de \u00f3xido, que hace que el hc del material aumente a bajas temperaturas (hace que el material sea m\u00e1s duro a bajas temperaturas).  por el m\u00e9todo electroqu\u00edmico se han preparado nanopart\u00edculas de \u00f3xido de cobalto de tama\u00f1o de 3 y 6 nm protegidas por un surfactante que evita su aglomeraci\u00f3n. El m\u00e9todo permite controlar el tama\u00f1o medio de part\u00edcula, pero no se controla ni el estado de oxidaci\u00f3n ni el grado de cristalinidad, las muestras preparadas son mezcla de coo y co3o4.  por un m\u00e9todo sonoqu\u00edmico se han preparado nanopart\u00edculas de ni cristalinas embutidas en una matriz de carb\u00f3n (formando esferas de unos 100-150 nm) que evita su algomeraci\u00f3n y que a la vez las protege de su completa oxidaci\u00f3n, lleg\u00e1ndolas a pasivar. El estudio por tem\/eels revela tres tipos de part\u00edculas esf\u00e9ricas unas que contienen cristales del orden de 15-25 nm (menos oxidados), otras con cristales de 4-8 nm (m\u00e1s oxidados) y otras donde apenas se definen cristales y que se encuentran casi totalmente oxidasas. La muestra se comporta como un material mas duro a bajas temperaturas y como superparamagn\u00e9tico a t&gt;250k con dos temperaturas de bloqueo como corresponde a las dos distribuciones de
