Todas las tecnicas han sido optimizadas buscando en cada caso las soluciones mas sencillas que permitan un desarrollo a mayor escala de los compuestos potencialmente activos.  el resultado de este estudio ha permitido obtener una gran variedad de nucleosidos aciclicos de 1,2,6-tiadiazinas, encontrandose nuevos compuestos cabeza de serie en la busqueda de agentes antivirales y, lo que resulta mas prometedor, nuevos compuestos cabeza de serie, activos frente a las infecciones producidas por el citomegalovirus humano y el virus varicela-zoster, con una potencia semejante a la de los actualmente comercializados, pero con una estructura que sugiere un mecanismo de accion completamente diferente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
