{"id":134274,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/22-dioxidos-de-pirazino23-c126tiadiazina-nuevos-agentes-broncodilatadores\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"22-dioxidos-de-pirazino23-c126tiadiazina-nuevos-agentes-broncodilatadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/22-dioxidos-de-pirazino23-c126tiadiazina-nuevos-agentes-broncodilatadores\/","title":{"rendered":"2,2-dioxidos de pirazino(2,3-c)(1,2,6)tiadiazina. nuevos agentes broncodilatadores."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda Concepci\u00f3n Garc\u00eda G\u00f3mez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La presente tesis abarca el estudio de diferentes aspectos quimicos, teoricos y farmacologicos del sistema de 2,2-dioxido de pirazino(2,3-c)-1,2,6-tiadiazina.A nivel sintetico se han desarrollado diferentes procedimientos que permiten la preparacion de derivados de pirazino(2,3-c)-1,2,6-tiadiazina con diferentes sustituyentes en las posiciones 1,6 y 7 del sistema y del grupo amino exociclico de la posicion 4.Desde el punto de vista teorico, se ha estudiado el agrupamiento aminosulfonilamino (n-so2-n) con el fin de establecer los metodos de calculo capaces de reproducir adecuadamente tanto la geometria de las moleculas como sus propiedades electronicas asociadas, como un primer paso para la parametrizacion de dicho agrupamiento.Finalmente, se ha puesto de manifiesto la actividad broncodilatadora de algunos derivados de 2,2-dioxidos de pirazino(2,3-c)-1,2,6-tiadiazina. De entre ellos cabe destacar el compuesto 2,2-dioxido de 4-amino-1-etil-6-metilpirazino(2,3-c)-1,2,6-tiadiazina (pf-904) que ha sido sometido a desarrollo preclinico.  los resultados obtenidos
