A partir de este ultimo se puede concluir que los sujetos mas motivados por el trabajo han accedido a un empleo. Ciertas variables sociodemograficas, variables asociadas con la discapacidad, percibir pension por la discapacidad y nivel de satisfaccion laboral global modulan dicha motivacion. Percibir pension por la discapacidad no disuade de buscar empleo como conducta final del sujeto.  los sujetos con lesion medular obtienen mayor satisfaccion laboral global en la empresa ordinaria que en los centros especiales de empleo.
