Al lado de esto, se realiza un estudio fisico-quimico de las interacciones de estas con el adn por medio de la rmn.  se completa este trabajo realizando la asignacion estructural de los tautomeros hidroxi\/oxo de todos los compuestos tanto en forma de bases libres como de clorhidratos, basandose en los datos de resonancia de 13-c y 15-n, en los datos de minimizacion energetica y optimizacion geometrica, en los valores de pka y su discusion correlativa con los datos de densidades de carga total, siendo en todos los casos el isomero hidroxi el mayoritario.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
