Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El primer objetivo de la tesis fue el analisis inmunohistoquimico de los cultivos primarios de neuronas corticales, observandose un bajo porcentaje de contaminacion glial, y se detectaron a su vez celulas gabaergicas, aminergicas y celulas que contenian oxido nitrico sintasa. Posteriormente, se comprobo que tanto el kc1, como veratridina y 4-aminopiridina (agentes despolarizantes) incrementan el potencial de membrana, los niveles de calcio intracelular y la liberacion de aspartato, glutamato, glicina y gaba, en neuronas corticales en cultivo. La liberacion de estos neurotransmisores se realizo a traves de dos procesos, uno dependiente de calcio (exocitosis) y otro independiente de calcio, probablemente debido a la inversion del transportador de estos aminoacidos. El ultimo punto estudiado en esta tesis fue la modulacion de la liberacion de estos neurotransmisores a traves de 3 tipos de receptores: el receptor nicotinico, receptor gaba-a y receptores glutamatergicos.
