Este hecho hace cada vez m\u00e1s urgente el concoer los factores etiol\u00f3gicos. Entre estos factores en las \u00faltimos a\u00f1os se ha considerado la acidez gastrica y su consecuencia hormonal, la hipergastrinemia. Nuestro objetivo es comprobar el papel de la hipergastrinemia en la g\u00e9nesis del c\u00e1ncer de colon en las ratas vagotomizadas. Con esta finalidad utilizamos un total de 86 ratas wistar a las que dividimos aleatoriamente en dos grupos.
