{"id":134426,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/obtencion-por-polimerizacion-por-dispersion-de-polioleteres-polimericos\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"obtencion-por-polimerizacion-por-dispersion-de-polioleteres-polimericos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/obtencion-por-polimerizacion-por-dispersion-de-polioleteres-polimericos\/","title":{"rendered":"Obtencion, por polimerizacion por dispersion, de polioleteres polimericos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda no Malaga Mellado <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se describe la investigacion realizada para obtener, por polimerizacion con dispersion, polioleteres polimericos con un buen balance de sus dos propiedades mas importantes, viscosidad-tama\u00f1o de particula.En la primera parte de optimacion de variables se obtiene: &#8211; el mejor polimero estabilizante es el resultante de la esterificacion de anhidrico maleico con un polioleter convencional y oxido de propileno: &#8211; el mejor metodo de polimerizacion por dispersion consiste en a\u00f1adir el polimero estabilizante al polioleter convencional cargado al reactor. &#8211; La temperatura idonea de polimerizacion es 110g. -El mejor iniciador de polimerizacion resulta ser el abin (azobisisobutidonitrido). -Tanto el nddm (n-dodecilmercaptano) como el tcbm (tricloro bromometano) resultan adecuados trasferidores de cadena. -Se optienen los mejores productos con un agitador de paletas y 600 r.P.M. En la segunda parte se pone de manifiesto lo siguiente:  &#8211; la cinetica de la polimerizacion es tipica de la polimerizacion con dispersion y sobre la viscosidad-tama\u00f1o de particula de los productos resultantes influyen sobre la viscosidad del polioleter convencional, la viscosidad del polimero estabilizante y su concentracion, la concentracion de los monomeros y la concentracion del iniciador.  &#8211; la nucleacion de las particulas se produce a los 20-25 minutos del inicio de la polimerizacion, alcanzando su tama\u00f1o definitivo y una forma esferica sin rugosidad.  &#8211; la actuacion del polimero estabilizante es por absorcion quimica sin llegar a descartar la fisica.  en la tercera parte se comprueba que las espumas obtenidas con estos productos son superiores en
