{"id":134462,"date":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/receptores-purinergicos-distribucion-y-mecanismos-de-accion-en-celulas-cromafines-y-endoteliales-de-medula-adrenal-bovina\/"},"modified":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1997-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"receptores-purinergicos-distribucion-y-mecanismos-de-accion-en-celulas-cromafines-y-endoteliales-de-medula-adrenal-bovina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/receptores-purinergicos-distribucion-y-mecanismos-de-accion-en-celulas-cromafines-y-endoteliales-de-medula-adrenal-bovina\/","title":{"rendered":"Receptores purinergicos: distribucion y mecanismos de accion en celulas cromafines y endoteliales de medula adrenal bovina."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Mateo De Castro Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La medula adrenal es un tejido neurosecretor formado principalmente por celulas cromafines, de origen neural, y por celulas endoteliales, que forman una densa red capilar involucrada en la regulacion vascular que favorece el transporte de las sustancias secretadas por las celulas cromafines, hacia la circulacion general.  tras la estimulacion nerviosa de las celulas cromafines, estas liberan grandes cantidades de nucleotidos, principalmente atp, junto con catecolaminas y proteinas.  ambos tipos celulares disponen de receptores purinergicos para atp (p2), sin embargo, existe una heterogeneidad marcada en cuanto a la naturaleza de los receptores purinergicos que expresan y en las propiedades de los sistemas enzimaticos encargados de la degradacion extracelular de los compuestos de naturaleza nucleotidica. Asi, mientras todas las celulas endoteliales expresan receptores purinergicos p2y y p2u capaces de inducir vasodilatacion, existen celulas cromafines insensibles a atp, celulas cromafines que expresan un receptor purinergico ionotropico p2x acoplado a secrecion mayoritaria de noradrenalina, y celulas cromafines que expresan un receptor p2u metabotropico no acoplado a secrecion de catecolaminas. Por otro lado, la activacion de los receptores de adenosina en las celulas cromafines conduce a la activacion de una actividad fosfatasa citosolica y como consecuencia a la inhibicion de la secrecion
