La falta de unos niveles adecuados durante periodos criticos del desarrollo produce graves da\u00f1os neurologicos.  las acciones biologicas de las hormonas tiroideas se deben a un control de la expresion de ciertos genes; entre ellos rc3\/neurogranina. Rc3\/n es una proteina neuronal que puede estar implicada en fenomenos de memoria y plasticidad sinaptica. En esta tesis hemos analizado el mecanismo de accion de la ht en la expresion de rc3.
