Se emplean sales de amonio cuaternario, las cuales favorecen la extraccion de los clorofenoles. La determinacion simultanea se realizo mediante la aplicacion de diferentes metodos de calibracion multivariante de primer orden como regresion clasica de minimos cuadrados (cls), regresion inversa de minimos cuadrados (ils), filtro de kalman (kf), regresion de componentes principales (pcr) y regresion parcial de minimos cuadrados (pls). Se estudia la automatizacion del metodo mediante fia, y se aplica a la determinacion de clorofenoles contaminantes prioritarios en muestras de agua; estudiandose tambien su determinacion en matrices
