<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las celulas cromafines de la medula adrenal constituyen una preparacion biologica de gran utilidad como modelo neurosecretor en el que realizar cualquier tipo de estudio bioquimico como la modulacion de la secrecion de catecolaminas por la ruta de 2 mensajeros del oxido nitrico \/ gmp ciclico.Este trabajo de investigacion demuestra la existencia en estas celulas de los elementos que constituyen esta via de se\u00f1alizacion intracelular:  las enzimas oxido nitrico sintasa, guanilato ciclasa soluble y proteina quinasa dependiente de gmpc.Esta ruta de 2 mensajeros es responsable de una modulacion negativa de la respuesta secretora de catecolaminas, adrenalina y noradrenalina, dicha modulacion se basa en una produccion de gmpc, activacion de la proteina quinasa
