Efectivamente comprobamos que el sistema power doppler color endovaginal es metodo de screening ideal para el despistaje del carcinoma de endometrio en pacientes con perdidas hematicas anormales.  como valoracion de primer nivel tiene un elevado valor diagnostico pero ademas nos permitio tomar una decision respecto a la conducta ulterior a seguir, bien para confirmacion mediante tecnicas invasivas, o bien para la aplicacion de un plan terapeutico.  el power doppler color endovaginal nos ha permitido hacer diagnosticos precisos y precoces, pero ademas entendemos que existen otros motivos que haran que su utilizacion se extienda y popularice: su facil uso, su relativo bajo coste de instrumentalizacion, la ausencia de radiaciones ionizantes en su aplicacion y que al no ser una
