Concepcion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo hemos llevado a cabo el estudio histoquimico y ultraestructural del desarrollo embrionario de salmo trutta, en 10 edades diferentes.  hemos utilizado 6 lectinas unidas a peroxidasa (wga, con a, dba, sba, pna, uea i) asi como pas y azul alcian.  muestras de los 10 estadios se procesaron para microscopia electronica de transmision y barrido. El estudio histoquimico muestra como los radicales de n-acetil-glucosamina y manosa poseen una gran ubicuidad en la region branquial embrionaria. Pna y uea i solo reaccionaron en el alevin. Dba y sba se unieron a las glandulas de la eclosion y celulas mucosas. Sba se unio ademas al epitelio branquial. El azul alcian a ph 1.0 reacciono unicamente con las celulas mucosas de la region branquial, indicando una composicion glicoproteica diferente a las celulas mucosas epidermicas. Los hallazgos ultraestructurales indican un doble origen embrionario del epitelio branquial (endodermico y ectodermico). Confirmamos que la region branquial no es funcional en el momento de la eclosion. Las celulas clorhidricas mostraron diferentes morfolog\u00edas segun su estado de maduracion. Los fenomenos degenerativos celulares fueron frecuentes especialmente en el momento de la eclosion.
