En los ultimos a\u00f1os se la ha atribuido un papel protector en las complicaciones vasculares asociadas a la angioplastia coronaria. Segun esto nos planteamos estudiar en primer lugar los posibles efectos de la srif sobre arterias de capacitancia (arteria aorta) y de resistencia (arteria mesenterica, 5 rama) y en 2 lugar estudiar el posible efecto preventivo del espasmo coronario en un modelo in vitro (arterias coronarias proximal y distal). Las arterias se aislaron de conejos new zealand white y se montaron en un ba\u00f1o de organos o en un miografo de mulvany. Encontramos los siguientes resultados: &#8211; la srif inhibio las contracciones inducidas por noradrenalina y kc1 en arteria mesenterica y aorta, a traves del bloqueo de la entrada de calcio por canales dependientes del voltaje, no ejerciendo ningun efecto sobre la tension basal. &#8211; La srif incremento la relajacion dependiente del endotelio en sintesis\/liberacion del edrf. &#8211; La
