La simulacion permitio mostrar que, en ausencia de estocasticidad ambiental, la poblacion muestra oscilaciones de amplitud decreciente. La adicion de la estocasticidad hace que las oscilaciones se mantengan indefinidamente dentro de limites que hacen que tama\u00f1os poblacionales muy grandes o muy peque\u00f1os, sean poco probables.  la poblacion se muestra desagregada en subpoblaciones que parecen tener su propia dinamica lo que hace que sus fluctuaciones esten desfasadas en el tiempo. La simulacion mostro que, en la generacion de estos desfases, mas importantes que las diferencias locales en los procesos densodependientes de las subpoblaciones, son las diferencias en los procesos estocasticos que experimentan.
