poblacion, en la que hay establecida una particion, que la divide en s clases, se trata de averiguar el propio numero s de clases, para ello se parte de una muestra formada por los numeros de ocupacion o frecuencias de frecuencias, es decir, por mr, siendo mr el numero de veces que aparece la clase o especie r en una muestra de tama\u00f1o t.Se trata el problema desde la superposicion de procesos de punto, de forma que, cuando se estudia la superposicion a lo largo de un intervalo fijo de tiempo se recubre el muestreo de poisson, mientras que si se estudia hasta que se obtiene un numero fijo de especies, se recubre el muestreo multinomial.Asi se consigue aportar nuevos estimadores de s tanto bajo la hipotesis de equiprobabilidad como en situaciones en que la distribucion no
