Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el zooplancton del embalse de la concepcion, se han identificado 37 especies de las que 2 son copepodos, 10 cladoceros y 25 rotiferos; de ellas, 25 se citan por primera vez en este embalse, a nivel de especie o a nivel de genero. Las especies dominantes son polyarthra gr.  vulgaris-dolichoptera, synchaeta gr. Tremula-oblonga, bosmina longirostris, diaphanosoma mongolianum, acanthocyclops robustus y tropocyclops prasinus. Todas tienen tama\u00f1os minimos menores que los citados en europa.  la distribucion espacio-temporal es similar en el eje central y en las orillas del embalse. Los rotiferos aparecen, fundamentalmente, en mezcla y en la primera parte de la estratificacion, los cladoceros en la segunda parte de la estratificacion y los copepodos al final de la estratificacion y principio de la mezcla. El grado de heterogeneidad espacial (horizontal y vertical) esta directamente relacionado con la densidad de poblacion.  las distribuciones horizontales heterogeneas se caracterizan por el establecimiento de gradientes cola-presa. Las distribuciones verticales heterogeneas presentan el maximo en secchi y poca segregacion entre las profundidades, durante el periodo de mezcla, y el maximo en 2secchi y mayor segregacion entre las profundidades, durante el periodo de estratificacion. Los valores maximos de la diversidad aparecen al principio de la estratificacion, junto a la presa y en la profundidad de 2s.
