Fino de jete) sobre patrones de semilla, lo que provoca una gran variabilidad en el rendimiento de las plantaciones. La utilizacion de patrones seleccionados por sus caracteristicas agronomicas como portainjertos mejoraria enormemente las plantaciones, pero existe una casi total imposibilidad de propagar vegetativamente esta especie.  por ello se ha recurrido a la micropropagacion clonal in vitro de material adulto selecto de chirimoyo.  un patron selecto del cv. Fino de jete del banco de germoplasma de la mayora, fue introducido en cultivo. Una vez obtenidos cultivos asepticos de material adulto, se procedio a su multiplicacion e enraizamiento in vitro, combinando distintos medios de cultivo y reguladores de crecimiento. Asimismo se estudio el contenido de macro y micronutrientes en las microestaquillas, comparando material juvenil y adulto (para ello se puso a punto la metodolog\u00eda para la germinacion de semillas in vitro, lo que se presenta en el apendice). Una vez obtenidas las microplantulas se procedio a su aclimatacion en invernadero en condiciones controladas de humedad, temperatura y luz. Para mejorar la respuesta de las plantulas, estas fueron inoculadas con hongos simbiontes formadores de micorrizas, estudiandose tambien las respuestas comparadas para material juvenil y adulto. Se verifico ademas el efecto especifico de las micorrizas sobre las plantulas (estudios de nutricion, arquitectura radicular, fotosintesis, &#8230;).  la metodolog\u00eda establecida permite la clonacion de material seleccionado de chirimoyo adulto del cv.
