El trabajo ha sido realizado con una muestra de 320 sujetos, de los que 226 son profesores de primaria y 94 de secundaria. La muestra se ha realizado con un margen de error de +\/- 5% y con un nivel de confianza del 95%. Las conclusiones que se desprenden de esta investigacion son:  1a. El profesorado de e. Fisica, opto por esta especialidad porque le gusta y se realiza a traves de ella. 2a. Se muestra satisfecho\/a con los compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, existiendo en su centro un buen ambiente. 3a.  esta satisfecho\/a con la organizacion de su centro de trabajo asi como con el equipo directivo del mismo. 4a.  manifiesta estar muy insatisfecho con la administracion educativa especialmente con el servicio de inspeccion.  5a. Considera altamente gratificante su tarea como profesor, estando muy motivado y siendo capaz de resolver las situaciones cotidianas que se plantean en sus clases.  6a. Se siente satisfecho con su manera de ense\u00f1ar, manifestando gran interes por sus alumnos. 7a. Se relaciona poco con los padres de sus alumnos. 8a. Muestra gran interes por el plan de extension de la e.
