Trinidad P\u00e9rez M\u00e9ndez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han valorado y utilizado distintos polimorfismos de adn (rapds, secuencias minisat\u00e9lite y secuencias microsat\u00e9lite) para el estudio de la evoluci\u00f3n y diferenciaci\u00f3n de poblaciones de ciervo (cervus elaphus) y de rebeco (rubicarpra spp.). Los resultados muestran que la t\u00e9cncia de los rapds (random amplified polymorphic dna) tiene una escasa reproducibidlidad lo que hace necesaria la realizaci\u00f3n de estudios previos antes de su utilizaci\u00f3n. adem\u00e1s la amplificaci\u00f3n de un fragmento no depende estrictamente del apareamiento exacto de los cebadores, por tanto la naturaleza de la variaci\u00f3n revelada por este tipo de marcadores es incierta. Se ha puesto a punto una bateria de maracadores microsat\u00e9lite de vaca y cabra para su utilizaci\u00f3n en rebeco. se ha valorado la variabilidad gen\u00e9tica de las poblaciones  asturianas de ciervo y rebeco, comprobando que es del mismo orden que las de otras poblaciones europeas de estas especies. Se realiz\u00f3 un estudio filogeogr\u00e1fico del rebeco basado en microsat\u00e9lites. Las poblaciones de los distintos sistemas monta\u00f1osos est\u00e1n diferenciadas geneticamente. La distancia genetica entre poblaciones esta altamente correlacionada con la distancia geogr\u00e1fica.La diversificaci\u00f3n ha tenido lugar en el pleistoceno por expansiones y contracciones de las poblaciones que ya ocupaban un rango de distribuci\u00f3n similar al actual. El arbol filogen\u00e9tico de las poblaciones de rebeco muestra una profunda divergencia entre las espcies r. Pyrenaica y r.
