Al cambio y los factores que la determinan y el concepto de actitud. La 2a. Parte aborda el dise\u00f1o de un cuestionario-escala para medir las actitudes del prof. De los centros publicos no universitarios de la r. De murcia hacia la innovacion e. En general, la renovacion metodologica, la formacion y la investigacion, y hacia la actual reforma espa\u00f1ola de la logse. Se detecta una actitud favorable para adoptar innovaciones, un gran escepticismo y poca confianza en los cambios y reformas, una necesidad de mayor reconocimiento social al trabajo docente, mas recursos economicos. Las mujeres muestran mejor predisposicion al cambio que los hombres. La logse solo supone mejoras educativas importantes para el 25% de los prof. De bup (casi el 50% en egb). Hay abundantes graficos y tablas con los resultados estadisticos y comparaciones con los datos obtenidos, cuando existen, con otros estudios sobre el profesorado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
